Celebrated the New Year 2007 at a party Tatiana took me to in Williamsburg. It was at Mike's appartment where he hosts a lot of couchsurfer at one time, just like Claudio in Florence. He had 10 couchsurfers staying with him at that time. I came to the party in Mr. T character and many people liked the wit and funnines of this character. Many people though I was Italian as I was introducing myself as "Renato", I also told them that I am from Baku. While in Mr.T character I even managed to convince 14 or so people to come outside the party on the street to shoot the iDance. One guy by the name Mike (not the host) said, "I love this guy" when I was talking to some french girls on the roof top where we met the New Year screaming and hugging with a small fireworks. There was a lot of great music played at the party and I danced my ass of, especially to this song by Goran Bregovic called "Kalasnjikov". This song is so energetic, although starts with a trumpet very slowly, that many people just couldn't keep up dancing to its beats.
Overall this party rocked and I hope to visit Mike's parties in the future again.
